The role of the Business Development Executive is to generate a healthy pipeline of quality sales meetings for our Practice Directors. Predominantly phone-based, you will have regular training and coaching to develop your skills to ensure you have all the support required to hit your sales targets.
As an integral member of the team, your role will be at the front end, tasked with selling our services to senior level decision-makers at industry-leading FTSE100 / Fortune 500 companies. You will develop the skills that will enable you to qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs through specific questioning.

What you’ll be doing
We work across all sectors, the key ones being; Infrastructure, Financial Services, Facilities Management, Construction, IT/Telecoms, Government and Transport. Therefore, development of your own knowledge within these sectors, along with the Managementors’ methodology, will be crucial for you to successfully generate quality sales meetings.
Who we are looking for
- A proactive, resilient nature, with strong organisational and time management skills
- An excellent work ethic, strong team work and a willingness to ‘get stuck in’
Do you have?
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales – outbound sales, cold calling, relationship building etc.
- Ideally five years industry experience
- The ability to commute to our head office within 1 hour, which is located just outside of Reading
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
