As a Senior Consultant Analyst, you will be supporting our Senior Presenting Analyst and conducting operational analyses- ensuring that issues and areas of opportunity are uncovered for our clients.
You will be involved in the end-to-end engagement with clients at all levels from the shop floor to the board room, undertaking such activities as conducting stakeholder interviews, helping to present findings in feedback meetings and pitching our project solution to help secure project revenue for the business.

Salary
£46-65k basic salary plus car allowance paid into salary
Commission
Based on project revenues received from successful analysis to project conversion. On target additional earnings of £20-30k per annum based on expected volume of analyses combined with historic conversion performance and typical project size
Time Off In Lieu
A TOIL Day is awarded for every 10 continuous working days of on-site analysis work conducted

What you’ll be doing
A key part of the role will include conducting and feeding back on Day in the Life Studies, data analysis as well as mapping and critiquing our clients’ ‘as-is’ workflow process and management operating system with brown papers and assisting with creation of formal project proposals.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent verbal and written English skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to analyse data to uncover opportunities for our clients
- Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to emphasise whilst maintaining a critical mindset
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments and situations
Do you have?
- Valid UK driving licence and full-time access to a car
- Permitted to work in the UK indefinitely
- Based no further than 130 miles from Theale office unless willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel anywhere in the UK, with occasional overseas appointments, and be based on client site minimum Monday – Friday lunch time circa 50% of the time (often needing to travel on a Sunday evening)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, either in delivering operational improvement projects or in a hands-on analyst role
