Lead Consultant

You will be delivering change and transformation projects to some of the UK’s biggest companies. You will be required to work across all levels from the CEO to Front Line Supervisor taking them on the change journey as well as ensuring that your team deliver results, giving you great exposure to a range of environments.

You will work collaboratively with clients to develop solutions that address real world problems. This isn’t strategy or data analysis, you will be working daily with client staff to make visible, sustainable change with measurable benefits to both the client and their end customers. Whilst you can expect to work with a wide range of clients, our practice structure allows specialisation and development allowing you to gain real sector expertise. You will be supported by a Delivery Director who will ensure that you have the skills and tools required to succeed in the job.

What you’ll be doing

Project Delivery

You are responsible for all elements of the delivery of the transformation project. Working with a team on the client site from Monday to Thursday, you will ensure successful client outcomes.

Working closely with the Delivery Director will ensure that strong client relationships are built and opportunities for further work are identified.

Team Management

You will monitor performance of your team and provide feedback to support their development.

Using your team and client staff to improve organisational performance and business results.
