Managementors have recently started a project with Kier Utilities looking at their wastewater contract with Scottish Water. The project will re-design end-to-end processes from when a job is received and surveyed, through to completion and invoicing. Through changing the way work is scheduled and controlled, productivity and quality will be improved, creating efficiencies for Kier and a better customer service for Scottish Water. Side-by-side coaching of the scheduling team and supervisors will ensure the positive changes are embedded within the organisation and continue to deliver benefits after the initial project draws to a close.
