Managementors support Help-Link with performance improvement project

Recently acquired by Homeserve, Help-Link are the second largest boiler company in the UK, installing boilers and heating systems for predominantly domestic customers.

Managementors have recently started a 21 Week Project, working with Help-Link, focusing on the operations side of the business. The project aims to provide them with operational improvement, and a platform from which to meet future growth targets. Embedding a Management Operating System alongside developing an active style of management, will enable Help-Link to deliver against their set aims and objectives.

As a new client, Managementors look forward to the opportunity to work in partnership with Help-Link.
