Following a successful project within the South African service desk in 2018, Managementors has recently started working for Computacenter in their Barcelona service desk. With 29 different nationalities in the operation across a number of key accounts, the Barcelona desk provides round-the-clock service to clients across the globe.
Project Manager Ciaran Vieyra says “This will be a challenge but after implementing the Management Operating System in Cape Town, it is great to be asked to support Computacenter in providing excellent customer service from Barcelona”.
