Managementors has recently started a project with OCS within their Specialist Services division. The project is looking at the end-to-end process and overall delivery within one of the division’s contracts. The project will improve end-to-end processes from receiving and planning work through to completion and invoicing. Through changing the way work is planned, scheduled and controlled, productivity will be improved, creating efficiencies. The Managementors team will be working closely with the OCS management team, coaching service and team managers, in order to improve productivity and embed positive changes in the operation in a sustainable manner, to ensure the contract team continues to deliver benefits after the project is completed.
