The Managementors team recently gathered at the beautiful Oakley Hall in Basingstoke for our Annual Christmas Conference, a two-day event to reflect on the year, celebrate successes, and plan for 2025. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for a mix of business sessions, team-building activities, and festive celebrations.
Day One: A Year in Review
The first day focused on celebrating 2024’s achievements and fostering team spirit. Highlights included:
- Year in Review: Reflecting on milestones, growth, and overcoming challenges.
- Annual Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from individuals and the Team of the Year.
- Charity Raffle: Raising funds for a good cause!
We wrapped up the day with a lively team-building activity, Stocks and Shares, designed to enhance collaboration and strategic thinking.
Day Two: Planning for the Future
On the second day, attention turned to preparing for 2025. Through workshops and collaborative sessions, we outlined priorities and strategies to ensure a successful year ahead. A key focus was on “Protecting the Plan,” addressing potential challenges and reinforcing our collective vision for the future, before we were joined by partners for an evening of festive celebrations!
