We are excited to announce that Harry Cubbage has joined Managementors as our new Practice Director for Infrastructure, across Utilities and Highways. Harry brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, with a career spanning over a decade in business transformation, data analytics, and strategic leadership.
Harry’s journey began at the University of Bath, where he graduated top of his year with a First-Class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Since then, he has held key roles at organisations, including Newton, Capita, and McLaren Applied Technology. His experience includes leading transformation projects, designing large-scale programmes, co-founding a data analytics unit, and driving business development capabilities.
Harry’s diverse background in engineering, analytics, and business development makes him uniquely equipped to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for Managementors and our clients.
Outside of work, Harry is a devoted dad to two young children, Olivia and Theo. He enjoys spending quality time with his family in and around Marlow, where they live.
