Managementors is excited to announce the launch of a new project in partnership with Taylor Woodrow. Initially working on two large infrastructure projects: in North London and in Birmingham, Project EfficienSite is focused on enhancing processes, ways of working, and ultimately driving performance across all programmes, bringing consistency and a foundation for continuous improvement.

Key areas of focus:

  • Improve the end-to-end process to deliver projects in a more controlled and cost-effective manner through improving planning, follow up, and enhanced controls.
  • Develop the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide the foundations for increased productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Enable a sustainable step change in project delivery through a management coaching programme which will embed the right behaviours and roles.
  • Reduce the amount of waste and drive out inefficiencies to sustainably enhance margin and programme performance.

Our Approach:

  • People: Create win-win outcomes for Taylor Woodrow and its people, and co-develop solutions, ensuring sustainability and ownership.
  • Process: Enhance the-end to-end workflow to improve delivery of works and appropriate controls.
  • Management Operating System: create visibility of true performance and implement an action focused, joined up review structure.
  • Issues: Capture, Quantify, Categorise, and Resolve issues to remove frustration from our day-to-day working lives.

The Managementors team will work closely with Taylor Woodrow’s leadership, supervisors, quantity surveyors, operatives, and planners to identify and remove obstacles that are affecting performance. By enhancing existing processes, improving communication, and developing targeted solutions, we aim to accelerate the delivery of key contracts and ensure Taylor Woodrow continues to meet its high standards. Together, we’re committed to driving measurable improvements and setting a foundation for long-term success.

Operations Director, Louise Arrowsmith shares her initial impressions:

“I am really excited to begin this engagement which will improve and optimise our operation and how we deliver our projects. The project has kicked off well, with some clear communication and ambitious objectives, I am looking forward to seeing the results of everyone’s hard work. The Managementors teams’ objectivity and ability to immerse themselves in the environment has had a positive impact on the teams already!”
