We’re delighted to share that our Practice Director, Freddie Leech, has successfully completed an intensive Executive Leadership Development programme at the highly rated London Business School.
The programme brought together over 40 participants from a wide range of locations, cultures, and industries, creating an environment for shared learning and diverse perspectives. Freddie had the opportunity to collaborate with peers across sectors, exchanging ideas and experiences that broadened thinking and challenged perceptions as to what makes an effective leader.
The course covered a broad spectrum of critical topics including strategy, marketing, ethics, design thinking, sustainability, and shaping company culture. Alongside the structured content, group coaching sessions provided an additional layer of insight, encouraging participants to apply theory in a practical, reflective way.
