Recognising Excellence: Success at the MCA Awards 2025

The MCA Awards 2025 brought another night of celebration for the Managementors team, as our work was recognised across multiple categories, showcasing the measurable impact we deliver for both public and private sector clients.

We’re proud to share that our project with Phoenix Group received Highly Commended recognition for the third year running. This continued success reflects our enduring partnership with Phoenix, where we’ve worked to transform operational performance through improved customer oversight, data-driven decision making, and sustainable productivity gains.

Our project with Warrington Borough Council was also Highly Commended, marking another outstanding example of collaboration and practical impact. Faced with increasing financial pressures and staffing challenges, Warrington’s School Meals Service was at risk of being outsourced. Together, we helped the Council implement a new Management Operating System, improve efficiency, and secure the long-term future of a vital local service, all while enhancing value for the community it serves.

We were also delighted to see Elliott recognised as a finalist in one of the most competitive individual award categories. His achievement highlights the exceptional calibre and dedication of our people, the driving force behind every successful project.

These achievements underline what sits at the heart of Managementors’ approach:

  • Building true partnerships with clients.
  • Embedding sustainable change that continues long after a project ends.
  • Delivering real, measurable results that make a tangible difference.

We’re honoured to have our work recognised once again by the MCA, and immensely proud of our clients and team for making these successes possible.
