Internal Sales Executive

As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be to build a robust pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities for our Managing Directors. The role will require you to carry out in-depth research and stay on top of industry trends.

You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, engaging with senior decision-makers at industry-leading FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. You will identify and qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs and the scale of their operation. You will also have the opportunity to attend meetings with the Managing Directors on occasion as well as attending relevant industry events.

What you’ll be doing

Managementors works across a diverse range of sectors, including Infrastructure, Public Sector, Financial Services, Facilities Management, Construction, IT/Telecoms, Government and Transport. Gaining a strong understanding of these industries and our methodologies will be key to successfully securing high-quality sales opportunities.

Do you have?

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, including; outbound sales, targeted email outreach, and relationship building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2:1 degree from a Russel Group University (highly desirable)
  • The ability to commute to our head office (located near Reading) within 45 minutes
  • The right to work in the UK.
