Managementors is delighted to announce that we have once again been named finalists at the prestigious MCA Awards, marking our fourth consecutive year reaching finalist stage.
This year, our shortlisted project is in the Performance Improvement in the Private Sector category, delivered in partnership with Amey.
The project focused on transforming operational performance within Amey’s South West Scotland highways maintenance contract. Through an 18-week programme, we worked closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to strengthen planning, improve workforce utilisation, and embed sustainable performance management practices. The programme delivered significant measurable results, including a 140% increase in operational productivity, a 45% reduction in overtime, and £2.4 million in annualised financial benefit.
Being recognised as finalists for the fourth year running is a reflection of the continued dedication of our team and the strength of the partnerships we build with our clients to deliver meaningful, sustainable change.
