We are pleased to announce a new change in our company leadership structure, reflecting both our continued growth and our commitment to strengthening leadership across all areas of the business.
This new structure provides clearer strategic focus, enhanced operational oversight, and dedicated leadership for each of our specialist sectors, positioning us strongly for the next phase of our development.
Strengthening Executive Leadership
As part of this change, Freddie Leech has moved from Practice Director into the role of CEO and MD – Financial Services, Infrastructure and Public Sector. In this expanded position, Freddie will lead the overall strategic direction of the business while continuing to drive growth and performance across these key sectors.
Freddie comments: “I’m incredibly proud to be taking on this role and leading the business into its next chapter. We’ve built a strong business over the last 30 years, known for our commitment to our clients and the outcomes we support them to achieve. I’m excited to continue to grow our business alongside our talented team. Having Ken’s support as Chairman gives me huge confidence as we move forward together.”
Emma Hall has transitioned from Senior Delivery Director to COO. Emma will be responsible for overseeing all consulting engagements, encompassing analyses and projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
Dedicated Sector-Focused Managing Directors
To further strengthen our sector-led approach, we have appointed Managing Directors to lead our target sectors:
- Grant Taylor has moved from Practice Director to MD – Facilities Management, Highways and Construction. Grant will focus on deepening client relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving sector-specific growth strategies.
- Chetan Shrouti has moved from Practice Director to MD – IT, Telecoms and Transport. In this role, Chetan will lead the continued development of our IT and Transport offerings, ensuring innovation, delivery quality, and sustainable growth across his markets.
Transition to Chairman
As part of this evolution, Ken Leech has moved from Managing Director to Chairman. In this role, Ken will continue to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the executive team, supporting long-term vision and governance while remaining involved in the business.
Ken comments: “Moving into the role of Chairman feels like the right step for both me and the business. Freddie has shown strong leadership and knows the company inside out having performed roles at all levels – I couldn’t be more confident handing the reins over to him. I’m proud of what we’ve built and excited to support Freddie and the team as they take the business forward.”
