Following on from our recent successful engagement – Project AXelerate – we’re delighted to announce that we have continued our relationship with Accident Exchange Ltd (AX) through the commencement of Project AXiology.

As a growing business and fleet size, AX felt that now was the perfect time to undergo a transformation of their Transport division, a key interface with both their New Claims and Customer Support functions.

Running for 20 weeks, Project AXiology focuses on enhancing processes, interfaces and upskilling colleagues to improve their operation and continually offer a better service to their customers.

Through meaningful active management coaching, the embedding of an effective Management Operating System and gaining further visibility and control over their Transport teams, Managementors aims to support the business in efficiently managing growth in customer demand and ensuring that the operation is set up for a well-deserved successful future.
