At Managementors, collaboration and continuous improvement are central to how we grow as a business. To support this, we have formed a number of internal Working Groups across a range of important focus areas.
These Working Groups play a key role in helping us expand into new operational improvement spaces, while also shaping how we develop both internally and externally as we move forwards.
Bringing together colleagues from across the business, each group provides a platform for ideas, innovation, and positive change.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Over the past few years, significant progress has been made in embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into the way we work. DEI is now more widely understood across the business and increasingly considered in both decision-making and everyday behaviours.
However, we recognise that this journey is ongoing. In 2026, the DEI Working Group has continued to build awareness and engagement through quarterly educational sessions, alongside a number of focused initiatives designed to support our wider business strategy.
“Being part of the DEI working group is both a privilege and a rewarding experience. It provides an opportunity for our employees to contribute meaningfully to the workplace culture and to play an active role in shaping a more inclusive environment. Our aim is to ensure every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Over the last year, we have played a key role in driving improvements to our paternity leave policy and introducing our flexible bank holiday policy. This gives our employees greater choice and autonomy over how they observe public holidays, recognising the diverse needs, backgrounds, and personal circumstances across our workforce.”
Work-Life Balance & Wellbeing
Supporting employee wellbeing remains a key priority. Our Work-Life Balance & Wellbeing Working Group focuses on promoting healthy, supportive, and sustainable ways of working.
Throughout the year, the group helps coordinate awareness campaigns and initiatives, including:
- Mental Health Awareness Week
- Wear It Green Day
- Wellbeing-focused activities and discussions
These initiatives are designed to encourage open conversations around mental health and wellbeing, while reinforcing the importance of balance both inside and outside of work.
Ways of Working
The Ways of Working Working Group focuses on improving how we collaborate, communicate, and operate across the business.
One of the key initiatives is our collaborative Change Blog: a shared space where colleagues can contribute to and view changes made to the way we work at MM, both big and small. The blog encourages transparency, shared learning, and continuous improvement.
Alongside this, the group also produces the Ways of Working Newsletter, which shares ideas, updates, and practical tips from across the business.
The latest edition highlights examples of effective ways of working already happening within our teams, while also identifying areas where additional support or improvement may be beneficial.
“As we started the Ways or Working (WoW) working group, we knew we needed more information. We gathered, analysed and group feedback on key initiatives that our colleagues wanted. This lead to several large and small initiatives which have made an impact on working at MM. We hope that through the process and engagement of the WoW working group that everyone now feels empowered to make those small changes for marginal gains, and push for those bigger improvements through the Change Board.”
Green Working Group
Originally developed from the ISO14001 team, the Green Working Group is focused on supporting environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives across Managementors.
The group promotes practical actions and engagement through initiatives such as:
- Internal competitions around lift sharing and carbon offsetting
- Green Champions across the business
- Recognition through Green Awards
By encouraging sustainable thinking and everyday environmental responsibility, the group helps ensure that sustainability remains an important part of our culture and future growth.
“Having been part of the Green Working Group since it’s inception in 2024, the group aims to support MM in continuing to reach the ISO14001 standards, while promoting green behaviours within the team and our ways of working. We have a good mixture of internal and external consulting colleagues, ensuring we take everything into account with our thinking. We get others in the company involved with internal initiatives and will be crowning the first green champions this coming Christmas!”
We’ve also recently developed an AI Working Group, with the main purpose being find, build, test and implement AI use cases for Managementors.
Looking Ahead
Our Working Groups represent the passion, expertise, and collaboration that exists across MM. By bringing people together around shared goals and meaningful initiatives, these groups help drive positive change throughout the business.
