We are pleased to announce that Kyle Duffill has joined Managementors as a Trainee Management Consultant.
Kyle recently graduated with an MEng First Class in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham. It was through his course that he developed a passion for problem solving and project management, having studied core engineering modules, as well as various project and business based modules. In particular, it was his year in industry working as a placement Engineer at an aerospace manufacturing company where he decided he wanted to become a consultant. Kyle thoroughly enjoyed partaking in and even leading his own projects. During his time on placement, he was awarded with a green belt in Six Sigma through his completion of a £100k cost saving project. He described his experience as “challenging, but incredibly rewarding.” During University, Kyle was an active member of the Birmingham University Chemical Engineering Society (BUCES). He was elected onto the committee twice, as Social Secretary and an Industrial Representative.
Kyle says: “I am thrilled to have joined Managementors and I have already enjoyed my first week as a Trainee Management Consultant. I love a challenge and enjoy learning, hence my decision to become a consultant. I believe, with Managementors’ expertise and wide range of experience across various sectors, I will get plenty of exposure to help develop my skills. I am excited to start working on projects alongside our clients to deliver and implement sustainable solutions!”
Outside of work, Kyle loves to spend quality time with his partner, friends and family. He enjoys experiencing new things, especially through travelling and trying different cuisines. If he had to describe his favourite hobby it would be “trying out new hobbies.”
With Kyle’s hunger to learn and develop as a Management Consultant, we’re confident that he will be a valuable addition to the Managementors team, supporting the business in implementing successful change.
