Congratulations to Fin Macdonald – Promoted to Senior Consultant
Fin has been promoted from Management Consultant to Senior Consultant following another outstanding year of delivering value across a range of client engagements.
A valued member of the team, Fin has recently been a key part of our journey with Standard Life, even returning for a second stint in a new pillar. He has now stepped up to support our latest project, where we have made a strong start, and we’re excited to see the excellent results that will follow.
Reflecting on his promotion, Fin said:

Congratulations to James Dixon – Promoted to Senior Consultant Analyst
James has also been promoted to Senior Consultant Analyst in recognition of his continued growth and contribution to the team.
James has become a real asset to the business, serving as a trusted right-hand to Matt, our Presenting Analyst on client analyses over the past few months. He has taken a significant step forward by leading the creation of our brown papers while continuing to provide valuable support to the wider team.
