Practice Director

As a Practice Director you will be responsible for developing opportunities, both within existing accounts and new clients, to grow your sectors and help drive the business into its next stage of growth.

You will have overall responsibility for transformation projects by engaging at a high level across clients’ businesses, overseeing a talented team that will work on building the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver sustainable results. This position requires great leadership skills and creativity to initiate catered, innovative solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • 10+ years Consulting experience
  • Creating sales pipeline to reach annual sales targets and quota by leveraging client relationships
  • Analysing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, quality, or other measures of success
  • Developing and executing long-term plans for the company’s growth and development
  • Consulting with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
  • Being a trusted ally to clients and respected as an expert in their fields
  • Winning projects and maintaining client relationships
  • Presenting work statements, proposals, and supporting contract creation
  • Supervising project finances for final client approval
