Managementors Annual Conference 2025: Celebrating Progress, Planning for the Future

LinkedIn

As another successful year draws to a close, we recently gathered colleagues and for our  Annual Conference, a celebration of achievement and forward-planning. Set against the backdrop of Oakley Hall in Basingstoke, the event was an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of our teams, recognise standout contributions, and build energy for the year ahead.

A Time to Reflect and Recognise

Over the course of the conference, we took time to reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the past 12 months. From the growth of our new strategy to ongoing commitments in consulting excellence, it was clear that our team continues to thrive through collaboration and a shared purpose.

A highlight of this year’s agenda was the Annual Conference Awards, where we proudly celebrated individuals and teams who exemplify the very best of our organisation:

  • Employee of the Year: James Dixon, recognised for exceptional performance, unwavering commitment and an outstanding contribution to our success this year.
  • Living the Managementors Values: Tom Bates, honoured for consistently demonstrating our core values in every interaction and striving to improve.
  • Team of the Year: Internal Sales Team, celebrated for their collaborative spirit, resilience and impact on the business!

Supporting a Worthy Cause

Continuing a cherished tradition, Dan Nicholson led the annual charity raffle, this year raising funds for James’ Place, a charity extremely close to his heart, providing specialist support for men in emotional crisis. Through Dan’s efforts, we were able to make a meaningful contribution of over £2500 to an organisation doing vital work in mental health care and suicide prevention.

Memorable Evenings

While our conference programme was grounded in business reflection and strategic planning, we also took time to connect in other ways. During the first evening we embraced the fun of a 1920s themed murder mystery night involving dressing up, some questionable acting and working together to uncover the murderer.

The second brought a festive gathering to celebrate the year with colleagues and partners!

Looking Forward to 2026

As we wrap up the 2025 Annual Conference, we are energised by the ideas shared and the successes recognised with clear focus and shared ambition.

Here’s to continued growth, collaboration and excellence in 2026!
