We are pleased to announce that James Gilbert has joined the Managementors team as a Project Manager.
James graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelors in Engineering, specialising in Chemical Engineering then moving straight into management consultancy, where he has been for fourteen years. Working for a firm which focused originally on operational excellence and performance improvement, James has developed his skills in many countries, across all parts of business operations and many industries, including consumer goods and retail telecoms, financial services, manufacturing, construction and oil and gas. Having been involved in the end-to-end running of a business unit for his previous company, James has built up a great depth of understanding of how targeting, selling and operating services for clients works, as well as how the financial, human resources and management elements need nurturing when running a business.
When James isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, keeping healthy and has a keen interest in football, Formula1 and other high performance and high tech disciplines.
“Being able to work with the great team at Managementors and build some great experiences is what I’m really looking forward to,” James said. “Developing relationships and working with clients in the UK is really important to me and I hope that I can add value and bring great benefits to Managementors’ clients.”
